Crossroads

We met over a game of dice
N assumed that our fate had smiled
We walked hand in hand a few miles
N left our footprints on the sands of time

Now we have reached the crossroads
Is this the end? I hope not!
Would our next step be together?
Or would we go different ways?
The fear of it makes me tremble
The anxiety makes me sway

Whatever it is I want you to know
I am there for you through fire and snow
Our past is linked and so shall our future be
In the present though its CROSSROADS we see

Dead or Dying

Am I dead or dying?
My beating heart seems to be lying.
There couldn't be left in me much life.
Coz he slashed my core with a knife.

Two halves of One

The stillness of the night and the quiet solitude
Fill my mind with memories of you
The moon shining bright reminds me of your smile
And the sparkling stars are your eyes
The road going up the mountain shows the distance of our journey
And the fact it's uphill reflects the effort we have put in
As I sit on the balcony, thinking of you
I realise an empty space my heart is without you
The night's cold air means nothing to me
And the clouds arouse no romantic mystery
To be with you I yearn and yearn
And realise we are Two halves of One

Creature of the Night

It was a chance encounter with him
That delivered me from this life
To a life of dark power and eternity
And the ability to cut without a knife

I was walking a lonely road
To the only place I called home
And he was there
Waiting, watching

He knew my name
I knew not how
He called out to me
I had to bow

His voice was all silken
His face divine
His eyes were red
His touch benign

He bent down as if to embrace
But my blood trotting pulse was what held his gaze
He bowed and kissed my neck
Purer than life, it was a kiss of death

He drank my blood
And left me cold
Yet my silent cry
Perhaps stirred his soul

He returned back
Fighting a rift
To give me what he called
The Devil's Gift

Now I am the Night's Creature
It's me who prowls at midnight
Not dead yet nor living anymore
Yearning for some sunlight
