Giving an exam is a complete waste of 3 hours!!

It's wierd how when I have all the time in the world to study, I waste it. But when I have to go to the examination hall to give the exam, I want to utilize my time better by doing something much more constructive like hanging out with friends or going for a movie instead of giving an exam that I know I am going to fail because I didn't study!!
